Join us for our first Alabama Region Chapter Meeting of 2019

January 31, 2019 from 10:30 AM - 3:00 PM


This meeting will be held at Thompson Tractor facility in Birmingham, AL  

 Location:

The meeting will include the following topics: Certified Mission Critical Operator (CMCO) Program, Refrigerant Updates, Fluid Analysis

Our first presentation will go over the refresher course and how to become CMCO certified.

Information on the refresher course is below:

  • Defines requirements of a CMCO professional
  • Provides a rigorous evaluation process for individuals to prove their achievement of the standards and establish professional credibility
  • Based on community guidance and input to a rigorous development process, defines and establishes a single set of standards for the knowledge and skills required to perform competently as a Certified Mission Critical Operator
  • Provides organizations the means to manage their workforce, from both the hiring and career progression points of view
  • Provides a method for the profession and the professional to stay current as work evolves, via program maintenance and recertification

Our second presentation will go over all the updates for refrigerants.

Our third presentation will provide information on fluid analysis for fuels
